Return and Refund Policy

At Blackjack Bunker, we are pleased to offer a layaway program to help make your firearm purchase more convenient and affordable. Below are the terms and conditions of our layaway program.

Eligibility

• The layaway program is available for purchases greater than $500.
• Customers must be at least 18 years of age for long guns and 21 years of age for handguns (or as required by federal, state, and local laws).

Terms and Payments

Deposit

• A minimum deposit of 40% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the layaway for special order items.
• A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price (including taxes) is required to initiate the layaway for in stock items.

Payment Schedule

• Minimum payment of  $50 must be made every 30 days, with the balance paid in full before 90 days.
• Customers may make payments in-store or via phone using approved payment methods.
• Balance not paid in full before 90 days will forfeit all funds paid.
• The item must be paid in full before delivery or pick up. All firearm sales are subject to applicable background checks and federal, state, and local regulations.

 Cancellation

You may cancel the layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us either by phone, email or in person. Cancellation  will forfeit all funds paid.

Forfeiture

If the customer fails to make a payment or complete the layaway within the specified timeframe, the layaway will be canceled, and all payments made will be forfeited. Furthermore in the event of background check denial customer will forfeit all funds paid unless remedied within 30 days.
